His platform has allowed him to influence and encourage thousands of people to try meditation. Rogan stated that meditation has had a huge impact on his career, health, and success. Rogan says it improves his ability to focus on various projects with a clear-headed approach.

Ariana Huffington

This Huffington Post CEO has practiced meditation ever since she was a teenager. She is a huge advocate of meditation, stating that it has played a huge role in her success.
